Linda Lipscomb has been a Kensington resident since 1977. She is a Broker Associate who became a Realtor after retiring from the practice of law. With an undergraduate degree from the City University of New York, and a law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law, Linda is a member of the Bar Associations of both California and New York State. Lorraine Osmundson has lived in the same Kensington home since 1959. She has been active in all aspects of real estate for over 40 years, including 8 years as manager of the main office of Mason McDuffie Realty in Berkeley. She has degrees in Mathematics from Iowa State University, and in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley. Her keen interest in design has helped her sell and list hundreds of the East Bay's beautiful homes. She is an active member of the Art League of the East Bay and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Kensington Improvement Club for many years.
